Yummy Potato Salad

Here's a recipe of mine that's for some great potato salad :)

5 medium potatos
2 hard boiled eggs, cut up
1 cup mayo
3 Tbls mustard
1/4 cup sweet relish
1/4 tsp onion salt
1/4 tsp pepper
salt to taste
paprika

Cut potatos into small enough pieces that they will cook at the same time. Boil on high for 5 minutes, then reduce heat to medium for another 20. Drain. Add salt, pepper and onion salt first, then add the additional ingredients. Stir to incorporate, then refridgerate until cool.

We really love this cool salad during the hot summer! Goes great with BBQ and baked beans. ENJOY! :)
